Join us for a fun in-person cat trivia night benefiting the Cat Museum of New York City.
The cause: The Cat Museum of New York City is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working toward a permanent space for cat lovers, cat art, and community events.
Trivia: Hosted by Rory Scholl, a cat lover who works for professional live trivia company The Big Quiz Thing, the event features multiple rounds of cat-themed trivia with teams competing. Prizes will include a custom pet portrait by Emma Sadler (Silly Sketched Pets). There will also be a raffle.
Cheat tokens & raffle: Want an edge? Buy a cheat token to double the point value on any question you’re confident in. Load up on raffle tickets for a chance to win prizes at the end of the night. Purchase in advance at givebutter.com/cattrivia2026 or on-site the night of.
Food and drink: Your ticket includes one draft drink: draft beer or draft root beer. Craft + Carry serves draft beer and canned wine, but has no full bar or kitchen. Free catering from local Hell’s Kitchen burger joint Cubby’s includes hot dogs and french fries. Cubby’s is named after owner Charles Guenancia’s cat, Cubby.
Presenting Sponsor: Weruva, a family-owned, BPA-free cat food company. Each guest receives a Weruva goodie bag.
Community Sponsor: Pure Paws Veterinary Care, a local Hell’s Kitchen vet clinic. The museum’s meowscot, Churro, is a gray rescue tabby treated there by Dr. Stephanie Liff.
Please note: This is a 21+ event.
No—leave your cats at home, where they’ll be cozier and safer. This event is designed for cat lovers, not cats themselves. (We know. We’re sad about it too.)
Nope! Teams are formed the night of the event, and the first hour is designed for mingling and meeting fellow cat lovers—so coming solo is not just fine; it’s encouraged. The more the meow-ier.
